立秋的貴州街頭，冰漿小攤前的長(zhǎng)隊(duì)比盛夏更熾熱。當(dāng)北方忙著“貼秋膘”，貴州人正用一碗冰漿馴服“秋老虎”。
On the streets of Guizhou during the start of autumn, the long queues in front of the ice slurry stalls are even more intense than in the height of summer. While the north is busy "putting on autumn fat," the people of Guizhou are taming the "autumn tiger" with a bowl of ice slurry.
這道貴州特色冷飲，以冰塊、時(shí)令水果和蒸熟的糯米為主要原料。其制作關(guān)鍵在于“舂”：制作者將冰塊與糯米一同放入容器，研磨至冰塊變成細(xì)碎的冰沙，加入當(dāng)季切塊的新鮮水果，再混入花生紅糖點(diǎn)綴，簡(jiǎn)單拌勻即可收獲滿滿一碗清涼。
This signature cold drink of Guizhou is made primarily from ice cubes, seasonal fruits, and steamed glutinous rice. The key to its preparation lies in the process of "pounding": the maker places the ice cubes and glutinous rice into a container, grinding them until the ice turns into fine shavings, then adds seasonal fruits and mixes in peanuts and brown sugar for garnish.
貴州冰漿口感獨(dú)特，既有冰沙的沁涼，又有糯米的韌勁。當(dāng)綿綿冰沙與時(shí)令鮮果充分混合，山泉的甘、果蔬的甜、糯米的韌一同交織，賦予食客與眾不同的體驗(yàn)。立秋暑未消，一碗冰漿，盛滿黔地山川的清涼。
Guizhou Binjiang boasts a unique texture, combining the chill of shaved ice with the chewiness of glutinous rice. As the summer heat lingers into the start of autumn, a bowl of ice slurry brims with the coolness of Guizhou's mountains and rivers.
