4月23日，2025年亞洲山地自行車錦標(biāo)賽在貴州省遵義市新蒲新區(qū)三壩水庫(kù)山地自行車賽訓(xùn)基地開賽，來自亞洲15個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的近300名運(yùn)動(dòng)員在此展開激烈角逐。

 

The 2025 Asian Mountain Bike Championships kicked off on April 23 at the Sanba Reservoir Mountain Bike Training and Competition Base in Xinpu New District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. Nearly 300 athletes from 15 Asian countries and regions are competing fiercely at the event.

 

亞洲山地自行車錦標(biāo)賽是亞洲地區(qū)最高水平的山地自行車賽事，本屆賽事為亞洲自行車聯(lián)合會(huì)官方授權(quán)的A類賽事，由中國(guó)自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)、貴州省體育局、遵義市人民政府共同主辦，將持續(xù)至4月27日。

 

The Asian Mountain Bike Championships is the highest-level mountain bike competition in Asia. This year’s edition is an A-class event officially authorized by the Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC), and jointly hosted by the Chinese Cycling Association, the Guizhou Provincial Sports Bureau, and the Zunyi Municipal People's Government. The event will run until April 27.

 

亞洲自行車聯(lián)合會(huì)主席、馬來西亞國(guó)家自行車聯(lián)合會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)拿督阿瑪吉特·辛格·吉爾在接受采訪時(shí)表示，遵義賽道設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)，挑戰(zhàn)性強(qiáng)，其難度接近奧運(yùn)水平，將有效鍛煉亞洲選手的競(jìng)技能力，助力他們邁向國(guó)際舞臺(tái)。

 

Dato' Amarjit Singh Gill, President of the Asian Cycling Confederation and Secretary General of the Malaysian National Cycling Federation, said in an interview that the Zunyi track is scientifically designed and highly challenging, with a difficulty level close to that of the Olympics. It will effectively help Asian riders improve their competitive abilities and move closer to the international stage.

 

“這里是舉辦高水平山地自行車賽事的理想場(chǎng)地，能夠真正考驗(yàn)和提升亞洲選手的水平。”阿瑪吉特說。

 

“I think it's an excellent venue for mountain biking. It's a tough course very similar to Olympic level of difficulty, and I think this will actually test our Asian riders, making them to challenge to do better to reach to that international level,” said Amarjit.
