This post-95s German youth adopted the Chinese name "Baozi" after being amazed by a simple green vegetable tofu bun during his first days in China. Having immersed himself in Guizhou for four years, he has developed a deep appreciation for the province’s picturesque landscapes, rich ethnic cultures, and distinctive cuisine.

Though initially bitter, it leaves a lingering herbal sweetness, earning it the local nickname "Hundred Herb Soup" for its purported heat-clearing and fire-reducing properties.
