這位來自德國的“95后”青年,因初到中國時對青菜豆腐包的驚艷體驗而自取中文名“包子”。已在貴州深耕四年的他,對貴州的山秀水美、民族風(fēng)情、特色美食留下了深刻的印象。

 

This post-95s German youth adopted the Chinese name "Baozi" after being amazed by a simple green vegetable tofu bun during his first days in China. Having immersed himself in Guizhou for four years, he has developed a deep appreciation for the province’s picturesque landscapes, rich ethnic cultures, and distinctive cuisine.  

 

貴州牛癟火鍋,這道源自侗族千年傳統(tǒng)的特色美食,以牛胃中未完全消化的草料汁液(牛癟)為湯底,加入牛肉、香料及牛膽汁熬制,入口微苦卻回味甘香,被當(dāng)?shù)厝俗u(yù)為清熱祛火的“百草湯”。

 

Originating from the thousand-year-old Dong ethnic tradition, Guizhou Niubie Hot Pot is a culinary marvel. Its broth base features "niubie"—juice extracted from partially digested grass in a cow’s stomach—simmered with beef, spices, and bovine bile. Though initially bitter, it leaves a lingering herbal sweetness, earning it the local nickname "Hundred Herb Soup" for its purported heat-clearing and fire-reducing properties.
